Welcome Center
Our Service Center is another example of how Welcome USA is striving to provide in-resort
assistance unparalleled within the industry. The most important goal is that your guest has a
trouble-free vacation. Therefore, we are now able to assist on a face-to-face basis, acting as a direct
point of contact, attending to any guests needs quickly and efficiently.
The Service Center is where all Orlando Villa guests Check-in and register for their accommodation
when vacationing in the Walt Disney World area. Guests are provided with a Welcome Pack containing general
information pertaining to their accommodation along with driving directions (Key or Lock Box Code) to their
villa, and 24-hour contact information. Villa check in times are 4:00pm, and villa check out times are 10:00am.
For arrivals after hours Welcome Packs are provided via a secure lock box located at the entrance to the Service Center (lock box code 135).
Open seven days a week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. and with a professional & knowledgeable staff
member on call after business hours to assist guests in any way. The Service Center is located in the
lobby of the Best Western Lakeside, at Mile Marker 5 in Kissimmee .

Driving Directions:
Please note the Center is set back from the road. If you arrive within the office
hours you will be requested to register for your property. You will be given the
keys or entry code to your property along with onward directions. (within 20 minutes
of the center). If you arrive outside office hours, you will find a lockbox located
on the wall (lock box code 135). In accordance with Florida State Law you will be required to register for the
property the following day. In your pack you will receive general information about
your property, please read all the information as it also contains details of how
to contact a member of local staff should you have any enquires or emergencies.

Interstate 95 HEADING SOUTH (I95).
Then take Interstate 4 (I4) West towards ORLANDO.
STAY ON INTERSTATE 4 until you reach exit 64 (Highway 192)
Take Highway 192 (heading west) for about 4 miles.
Look for Mile Marker 5 at Formossa Gardens Bvld.
The hotel (Best Western Lakeside) will be on the right-hand side
On entering the lobby our office is located opposite reception on the left-hand
side.
Exit airport/car hire company. Join Airport Expressway towards I95 N/BEACHES.
Take the I95 S exit towards Downtown.
Merge onto I95 N towards Ft. Lauderdale/Orlando (143 miles)
Unit you reach State Road 60 (SR60).
Left on State Road 60 and proceed for 25 miles.
Turn right onto Florida Turnpike (North) continue for 49 miles until you reach Highway
192.
Take Highway 192 WEST for approx 17 miles to Mile Marker 5.
Look for Mile Marker 5 at Formossa Gardens Bvld.
The hotel (Best Western Lakeside) will be on the right-hand side

Follow signs for South Exit and continue for 2 miles you will come to the Junction
for 417 (Greenway).
Take 417 South on for approx. 12 miles until you reach Exit Number 2 signposted
Celebration.
Please note: The 417 is a toll road. However, please use the lanes marked change
and receipts. They will change up to a $20 bill.
Turn right off exit and continue approx 1 mile to Highway 192.
Make a left onto Highway 192 (heading west) for about 4 miles.
Look for Mile Marker 5 at Formossa Gardens Bvld.

Sanford Airport. Follow signs for 417 (Greenway). Pass through 2 sets of traffic
lights.
Under the bridge (flyover) and immediate left onto highway 417 signposted Orlando
and Attractions.
Continue on Highway 417 for approx. 45 miles until you reach Exit Number 2 signposted
Celebration.
Turn right off exit and continue 1 mile to Highway 192.
Make a left onto Highway 192 (heading west) for about 4 miles.
Look for Mile Marker 5 at Formossa Gardens Bvld.

Follow signs for Airport Exit. Take the SR60 ramp towards Interstate (I275) and
Downtown.
Merge onto Memorial Highway (SR60). Merge onto I275 North towards Interstate 4 (I4).
Merge onto I4 towards Orlando.
Stay onto Interstate 4 until you reach the Junction 64 Highway 192. (70 miles)
Take Highway 192 (heading west) for about 4 miles.
Look for Mile Marker 5 at Formossa Gardens Bvld.
